140-Approved !!!!!..................RFE Case

EB2-RIR VSC (Vermont)
BS (Electronics) + 11 Years experience (6 Years in the US, 1 Year in Europe)
RD May 07 2001
ND July 20
RFE Sent on Oct 15 (W2 + Financial Docs)
RFE received by INS on Oct 19
I-140 Approved on OCT 23
Look at the time between the reception of the RFE and I-140 Approval.
It is only 4 days!
This should give a lot of hope to guys with an RFE.
My RFE required My 2000 W2 and My Company’s financial statement.

FYI: Always try to sincerely provide accurate information to the INS so that your approval does not get stuck with RFE\'s (Especially Education evaluation/ Experience letters for EB2). My friend also got his approval at the same time. He had the same RFE and we had applied together.
We had thoroughly documented our experience on the letterheads of the companies we worked with. We also got reference letters from our managers and colleagues. We did not notarize those experience letters, but some people recommend it. Most of us have what is called progressive experience, which means that you progressively increase you skills from one job to another. Document this fact in your experience letter for EB2, or you may get an RFE to provide proof of progressive experience. If possible ask the person who issues the experience letter to include the words “progressive experience” in the letter if the letter does not implicitly indicate it in the proper fashion. EB3 candidates should be less concerned with this matter.
See you guys in the I-485 section. Thanks a bunch for all the excellent help I got from this site.
