RFE cases, any progress?

For my case, AVM has been updated.

Anyone can tell how long it will take from this stage?
 
When did you send your reply to RFE

What are your details and when did you send your reply?
 
Called IIO on my RFE

I have responded to a RFE for paystubs and w2 on May 12th (ND/RD - Dec\'2000; EB2; RIR). AVM still says "on April 28, we sent you a RFE blah blah....".

I called IIO today. She said they do not have my RFE response in their system till now. She also said that she will send a message to another department(?) to investigate further on this. It may even end up with a request to resend the information again.

However, she did ask me for the FedEx tracking number to link my it to my data in their system. I am working with my lawyer to supply FedEx tracking information to a IIO.

I also called last time, and she asked to be patient, wait for
a few more days. After 3 days, the AVM got updated.
 
RFE expire date

yourfan012001 - what is RFE expirity date? And where did you find the info about this exp date?

RFEs deadline is 90 days from the date of issue- AVM tells you when the RFE was issued (even if you don\'t have the paper copy)
 
I 485 approved 4 weeks after AVM updated for RFE

RFE for W2, 1040, paystubs, issued on 5/20/01, replied on 5/27/01, updated on 7/10/01, approved on 8/8/01
