Great to hear that. I also received RFE on job letters and I was laid off before 180 days - the RFE was received by INS by April 22nd, and I am waiting anxiously now.

My attorney called me yesterday and told that INS has issued RFE . I don’t know what else they want from me. Do you have any idea how much time it take to receive it.

No complications

In my case, the original company who filed my labor was aquired by another company. I guess since I had different company names in labor application and I485 application they asked for the employment verification letter. Other than that there was no other issues.
