Just heard the AVM message that my case has been
approved on March 4th.
Here is my detail:

EB2 RIR
PD 3/00
RD 4/4/01
ND 5/4/01
RFE issued 2/12/02
RFE received by INS on 2/27/02
AD 3/4/02

Hi Dear GCAP,

I am wondering that if they will ask for the pay stubs, and in my company they have cut down 75% salary, what should I do ? I will greately appreciated your help in this matter.

Since GC is for future job, your salary shouldn\'t be the same as the one mentioned in your application although it\'s good if the salary is close to the mentioned salary. In case of any problems, a letter from your employer stating that they intend to pay you the specified salary once your GC is approved should set things straight. As long as u don\'t get any RFE, everything should be fine. Don\'t worry
