avm finally changed from "rfe was received on aug 7" to" the case was approved, the approval was mail on aug 16". I was informed about RFE by my lawyer on July 31 and RFE was sent out on Aug 5. I have updated rupnet.

Thank you all. BTW, I also posted a sample of employment letter for RFE in the thread "help me-RFE?? ND-9/27/01" by 485osis. Hope it will help others who need to construct the letter by themselves. Mine was prepared by my lawyer who took care of everything at every stage after I provided her all needed information.
 
GCvermont1: I am still waiting for the approval letter.

I am not good at using this site and don't know how to post a link to my old thread even though I did post details about my RFE. anyway, here we go: copy of passport, two years tax return, two months pay statements and employment letter.
