RFE, BUT Now I am very confused with the wordings

Hello Gurus
I posted my question last week,
BUT working with my Attorney and looking into the RFE closely, here are the words "THE RECORD INDICATE THAT YOUE WERE IN VALID NONIMMIGRATION STATUS UPON FILING YOUR FORM I-485, BUT THAT YOUR WERE SUBSEQUENTLY EMPLOYED IN THE U.S WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM THIS SERVIE"
So she says subsequent means, after apllying I 485 she is confident they are not looking at one of my approved H1.


Does this make sense, Any one agree subsequent means aftewards.

Please help, comments
 
Well, if you want it in simpler english they are asking for work authorization AFTER you applied I-485. So after you applied I-485 you must have an H1 extension or an EAD. You need to send this in reply to the RFE.
