RFE but no 2nd FP, what's up?

It is normal

though that is not a matter of great consolation. I had my fingerprints first done on 1/17/02. Then I started the wait for an approval or an RFE. Learnt later that for some inexplicable reason, the fingerprints of would-be immigrants expire in 15 months. Started waiting for my second fingerprinting notice. It never came. Finally went to the Congressman's office and the lady there talked to NSC and I received my second fingerprinting notice in 3 days. Had my second fingerprinting done today.

Going to start to wait all over again.

I had my 1st FP in Mar 2002 and just got my 2nd FP last Thursday. I think yours is on the way now.

can anybody share your experience as to how long it takes BCIS to change the on line message after they receive the respond of RFE? Mine was sent in Nov 19th.
 
Mine on line message changed to RFE received on Nov 26. However, it also said that "it is taking between 570 to 600 days for them to process this kind of case ..." Is this 570 to 600 days start counting from my ND or start from the day they received the RFE?

My RFE was sent on the 19th of November. The online message changed on the 24th (I guess) that the response was received on the 21st 9and it's taking 570-60 . My second FP was done on the 25th.
