Today we recieved RFE for my wife BC says the Birth certificate we provided does not list her full name or her mother's name and aksed to submit the following.
Hospital, Medical,School, Census, Religious records which contains the child name and both parents. Affidavits.
We looked at her school records, but in India we dont have mother's name in records and they are asking to submit with both parent names init and the only option which left us to submit the Affidavits, so If we submit the Affidavits are enough or do we need to find other records also? Please help us.
