I filedforms 485,765,130,864 back on January 13th rec date jan 15th notice date jan 23rd back on march 1st rec RFE for missing initial evidence it states that initial evidence is required before processing on your case can be commenced. On march 29th i recieved my biometrics code 3 and had them done this morning my ?'s are doesit sound to you as it is to me that my case is still being worked on and that I may still get my work permit before i submit the initial evidence they are asking for or do you think itys just a matter of formality? and by the way the biometric and the rfe letter came from NBC and noway in the letter it says that I will not be able to get a work permit while waiting for evidence.
