does EVERYONE must do another medical exam and provide them with the same "evidence" or it depends from case to case before the BIO and the approval?

Its not a MUST if you submitted your medical during the initial phase. However per the letter if they dont find your medicals..your application can be denied...USCIS likes to play games so its up to you how do u want to answer that..

They love to threat...

USCIS loves to threat  Every correspondance we receive from them or whenever they need something from us. Either we give it them or our applications will be considered abandoned. Don't you just love that
Its like bend over bitc* and don't you dare squeak :p ;)

I still wait for the letter to come (that famous 7/21 e-mail...) so I don't know what's inside. However, are they really stating something like - "if WE DON'T find (have...) your initial medical..." then something may happen???

They are requesting certain things from us but NOT the new medical necessarily? Ha, I really would like to see that letter...

I have done my medical back in 2001 but got that letter which basically said they need a medical but at the bottom, they said if already done, to provide evidence of such being done. I consulted the attorney and attorney said that I should try to visit the SAME doctor and get another copy of the file (in the SEALED envelope). That I did and resubmitted...just in case they lost my original one.

Also VERY important (As per my attorney):

The letter said to include an evidence that the doctor is so-called approved physician. This is rather strange requirement, since 'ordinary' physicians will not issue these medical forms in the first place. However, just print the list of doctors from your area form USCIS website, highlight your doctor and include this paper in the mail you will send.
