Does it make sence that i got RFE (which means that my case is with an officer in process) before getting FP notice?? I tried to call and went to a ASC but no one will do FP for me if i dont have the APt notice
Is it possible that USCIS has our FP from port of entry?
Just a thought. Since we all are taking finger print nowaday at the port of entry when we enter/return from oversea, will they use that insteads? Not sure if that is considered official. It would save them time (and ours) to do the FP for those who have already done FP at the port.
