Avm updated that Rfe received - July 09, 2001
My dependents received Rfes for marriage certificate. We sent info to INS and AVM is updated. No approval yet.

Does anybody know what is going on? How long do we typically wait before talking to IIO or going to Senator.?

We mailed our evidence on July 6th, 2001 (Friday) and when we checked AVM on 11 July, 2001 (Wednesday), it had the updated message that INS received evidence on July 9th, 2001.
But no approval yet.
 
does it says additional 400 days

our rfe was acknoledged on 8/14 and it says it will take another 400 days
is it the case with you
