RFE automated message updated

found out last night that they updated RFE message on august 27th. The message now says 999 days! I have no idea how long is the wait going to be, but at least a small step forward :-). Any idea as to how long is the average waiting time once they receive response to RFE?

RFE was for amended I-140 (company name change), but the company changed it\'s name back to what it originaly was when first I-140 was applied, so we just sent a letter stating the facts. Fingers crossed :-)

Just curious about on what basis the INS send out RFE. I have seen several postings of RFE based on company\'s name change. How did the INS, for instance in your case, find out that your company changed name?
 
Did just the name of the company change or the federal tax id?

Did the name of the company change or the federal tax id changed?

The name of my company changed, but it kept its old federal tax id. So my attorney counseled that there is no need to ammend my application.
