How long (how many weeks) does INS give to respond to RFE during the ending of 485?

Thanks for the good wishes!

Here are answers to questions:

1) RFE was for 2mo. payslips and last year tax return.
2) INS has to receive RFE reply within 12 weeks.

Hello win2k2,

First of all congratulations on your approval.

I also received the RFE on 08/09/2002 for RD 08/06/2001. Acc to my RFE I need to sumbit
1. Last 6 months of my pay stubs
2. Income tax return for year 2001

I had switched my job back in Feb 2002 after the completion of 180 days. My previous employer had also sent a letter to INS informig about my quitting them. I was wondering if you also switched your job. If yes then did you also send the employment letter or other documents

How many days did it take for the RFE notice to reach the attorney from the issued date.
