Lets track the RFE cases and their approvals.

RD: 16th Feb 2001
ND: 1st Marc 2001
RFE: 28th Jan 2002
RFE Details: Waiting
 
Feb RFE

PD: 09/99, RD and ND 02/01, talked to IIO on Jan 8, 2002 and was told RFE for me and my spouse was generated and not send out yet. AVM changed to "RFE issued..." on Jan 14. Company\'s attorney got the letter around Jan 22. It was for our previous H1-B paper and I-20s which I do not think we submited with our I-485 filing. The RFE documents are in attorney\'s hand and will file very soon.

Still waiting to receive RFE. I will update this thread as soon as I know the reason for RFE and expect others should also post the details and the progress dates.

RD 1/26/01 ND 2/21/01 RFE 1/8/02. RFE response received 1/28/02...

RFE for second medical exam (My wife was pregnant when doing the first medical and she\'s the principal applicant).

How long can I expect approval?
 
2-4 weeks

From a past study I see one can expect approval in 2-4 weeks from the time INS recieves the response
