Not yet;RFE for updated employment letter generated on Jun26 (IGATE);LD received it within 3 or 4 days I guess and our LD has not even responded yet!

Phil,
Just checked with the LD; they had responded to my RFE for updated employment letter (generated on 6/26/01) on 7/9/01; checked with INS -they haven\'t received it as of 7/18/01.
BTW a receipt for my amended I-140 (due to company name change) filed on 5/6/01 was generated on 7/17/01; LD not received the receipt notice yet as of 7/18/01
