RFE and US stay beyond I-94

My status:

1> L1b I-94 Validity --> 7th June
2> Required RFE response date --> 24th July.

I am skeptic about responding the RFE and willing to go back to the country and get my visa done from there. How long I can stay in USA when my RFE notification has provided me the timeline of 24th July.

I can not travel immediately because I am waiting for my new-born's passport/birth certificate/visa, which will take at least a month from here.

Apply for passport in emergency and you should get it in 1 week. Apply through agent.

What about the birth Certificate/Visa. I anticipate that all this will take me beyond 7th June. Hence, please help me by answering the original query

you can get visa in 1 day if go personally to the indian consulate.
