It's about employment offering letter

the letter have to say it's a permanent job and it will continue after your green card is approved.
 
Lawyer got the RFE letter today (02/04/2004). RFE asks for Confirmation of Employment, Description of Employment and Company's ability to pay offered wage.
 
Officer 450 loves RFE

Mine is from 450 too. RFE replied on Jan 30. Online message still says RFE sent to me.
 
Any one else got RFE in Feb are from #450

I sure hope that office is not taking vacation or anything.

Thats correct he does love RFE, what was your about? I sent a reply 3 days ago nothing change to my status it still says RFE sent. I hope we all get this resolve soon.

Guys,

Did your RFE ask only for the employment verification letter? Besides the letter, did you reply with any other document, such as copy of pay stub, copy of 2003 W-2?

If primary applicant gets a ref, does the dependent's online message change to reference sent also?

Both my husband and mine online message are changed. I dont know if this is one ref or two.

Only I got RFE, I am the Primary applicant

My husband didn't get RFE, still say rececive FP result on May 7,
Mine online message says additional information received on Jan 28. It can be approved anytime now. Hope both of us will be approved the same time.

I include last two months pay stub even my lawyer didn't ask. I got the idea from this forum, I think this forum has been a big help to me.
