RFE and 2nd FP done: NO Approval yet????

By the grace of GOD and BCIS , my RFE response was received by BCIS on 27th JUNE'03. As luck would have it, I received 2nd FP notice and was done on 22nd August. So far the online website shows the status of the RFE response but no details on FP.


As a human being, my patience was running out and called the BCIS office on 5th of Sep'03. To my surprise I found Walmart customer reps were far better and well trained than BCIS. They were reading out exactly the same thing that was posted on the website.

My question is , its already 2 months since my RFE response was received and about 20 days since my 2nd FP. Should I wait any longer or should I contact the local congressman or senator to persue my matter before the hell breaks loose.

Those humble souls who pity me , here's my details:

PD : dec'1999
i485 RD : 2nd nov'01
1st FP : mar-30-2002
RFE response rcvd: june-27-2003
2nd FP : Aug-22-2003

AD : $$$$$$$$$ ?????? :confused:

I am also a December filer. I did my FP2 on July 17th and RFE updated on August 26th.

I didn't hear any thing so far. Online message never update with FP2 results.

Don't worry be patient. Hopefully you will hear some thing soon.
 
Since FP2 was done 20days ago, wait for few more days..!
I guess FBI returns the check/results soon, and there looks like name/Secondary Check done by BCIS which seems to delay the cases..!

FP2 -Sch. for 10/9/03 done on 8/28/03... online still not updated
AD - ofcourse waiting for with 'patience'

Online status still says response received for RFE.
