RFE again: Please help

RFE again: Please advice

I've received RFE again, this time it is for
1. Birth certificate i sent was registered recently (Nov 2002) so USCIS is asking for more evidence.

Does anybody have any experience is this situation?

2. Medical examination was not submitted complete: it does not show the results od the TB skin test.

I think i'll ask the doctor what is to be done about this one.

Please provide your comments if you know what i need to do for this RFE.

I'm fed up with this GC process... i has lost all its charm.

2nd LC filed in 2001 Apr, was not approved untill 2003 - abandoned
3rd LC filed in Oct 2003, approved Mar 2004
I140 approved in Oct 2004, after RFE on job verification
I485 RD 2-NOV-2004
Stuck in Name Check since.
Recent RFE sent on 10-APR-07

Guys/Gurus please... do you have any knowledge.

As far as i've understood that i'll need to send affidavit from 2 adults who know me from a long time (could be parents).

Is there anything else that needs to be done to answer the RFE on birth certificate?
Does anybody have any format for the affidavit letter?

I need to reply ASAP as i dont want to loose time on this.

I had no issue with birth cert which I made sometimes in 2004. Yes, I needed two affidavites (one each from the parents) and notorized every copy. If you have them done correctly, there shouldn't be any problem. They understand that not all country issues bith-cert to everybody at bith time.


TB skin test:
I know you are frustrated about this endless process, we all are, but you should've realized that everything they ask for are required. TB skin test is no exception. You should do another as quick as possible. I think the result takes a week, but you have 60 days to reply with the RFE from the date you received.

I just received a opy of actual RFE from attorney.

1. Skin Test: Well the doctor should have done skin test. I remember i mentioned to the doctor that i used to get positive reactive results so why not directly go for the X-ray exam to savve some time and he did that skipping skin test. Lesson learnt that never act smart with clerks.

2. Birth Certificate: They are kind of asking for original birth certificate issue by the local registrar, plus any additional educational /medical documents proving the same.
Since i've only my High school and graduation certificates i think i'll send that. Along with affidavit from parents. I hope this work.

3. I also need to show evidence that my H1B status was extended beyond Nov, 2005: Well I think i'had filed for I485 at that time and I140 was cleared and it was more that a year since then so there was some law that allowed me to not apppy for H1B.
Do you remember what law/provision was that? I think i need to just state that i used that law.
