If an RFE is issued after I switch to a new job who gets the RFE in mail from the INS?

1) The company lawyer who filed on behalf of me.
2) I485 applicant (that is me).
3) Or both the company lawyer and the I485 applicant?

Since switching I have had no contacts with the lawyer. I also haven't used AC21.

Thanks in advance,

----- if you change employer and use AC21 better hire your lawyer and fill up G28 form new lawyer will send it to USCIS that way he will get RFe for I-485 if any

Thanks Ginnu.

If my case gets approved will INS inform only the lawyer and not me?

I always had the impression that INS sends a copy of RFE and all communications to the lawyer as well the main applicant after I-485.

Thanks,

-----approval notice will come to your home address that is on I-485 And copy of notice will also go to lawyer

----- you may be correct and they may send copy to you,You know it is USCIS and some time they only send to lawyer, EAD card is NOT sent to lawyer only to YOU, AP is sent to lawyer if Lawyer filed Not to You and some service center send only 2 copies of AP approval some send 3 copies. FP notice copy also comes to you and also to lawyer. If I-485 file is transfred to local CIS office for Interview then lawyer only gets the Transfer notice not YOU.
Thanks,
