RFE after second FP ???

Hi
have any one reseived an RFE after second FP notice.
I just wonder if second FP means that the case was touched and everything is fine besides the FP ? (You wish :D )

Could be or not. Some cases are issued second FP before going to officer's hand. (those are issued 1 week around originial date expired). Some cases are issued second FP later, that could mean you won't be getting RFE or Transfer once FP is cleared.
 
today I went do Boston INS center at portland st. and did my 2-nd fp earlier then scheduled. came there at 8:40, left at 9:40
line looked scary, but moved fast.

I received 2-nd fp notice on monday Jul 07

3/4/2002 was the day INS received the results

3/4/2002 was the day INS received the results, I actualy did it on Feb 26 , when it was scheduled for early April (how stupid I am :) )
 
It's not you stupid, when we received the FP notice so early, we were just too excited that some progress has been made! Yet it's really a bad thing to do FP early. Now it comes back to us. :(

We both have the EXACT same scenario (Scary coincidence) Even the RD and FP dates match ... (well almost) .. I am also hoping that this 2nd FP is just a formality and our cases have been atleast touched (if not reviewed) ... The reason is many people who did FP between Feb-April have still not gotten 2nd FP calls
wheres I got my 2nd FP notice printed 2 days after it
expired on -- 06/16/03

What do you think ? (Wishfull Thinking huh ...):D :D

when I think about it

when I think about it, I believe the 2-nd fp notice came exactly 15 month after original SCHEDULED date! may be it's just automatic responce after all and the system generates 2-nd notice based on the scheduled 1-st fp date and ignores actual date. What do you think ?

Well then in that case every body who's FP expired should have gotten a "AUTOMATIC" 2nd FP notice (Or approved) ... But that has clearly not happened because recently there was thread that was started to track such cases and there were a lot of people
who were waiting for 2nd FP and that too for people with Nov/Dec RD's ... so thats why I have this gut feeling (Wishfull thinking) that our cases have been ATLEAST touched...

And also remember I did my 1st FP early

I did it 1 month early and the 2nd FP was generated based on the date INS recvd the FP rather than the scheduled date which was in April'2002... So it didnt ignor the actual FP date in my case....
