RFE after or before FP2?

Per rupnet.com statistics, most people got approved after FP2 1-3 months. Either they got RFE before FP2 or just got FP2 without RFE. Seldom did they get RFE or transfered to local office after FP2. Am I right? or any other rules on this issue?
 
Looking at rupnet there's an approval of "GC-IN-Waitin" with:

ND 04/07/2002
FP1 04/14/2002
FP2 05/08/2004
RFE 06/28/2004

which is against our theory here, but then I looked at the calendar and saw that 05/08/2004 FP2 was actually on a Saturday. Is this possible? Plus it's more that 15 months apart from FP1...

It seems like that some offices are open on Sat. but I am not sure. My point was that NSC(similar to other centers) seems to issue RFE before FP2. If FP2 notice is received and no RFE before that, there will be little chance to get RFE, which means they touched your case and just wanted to approve it after FP2 other than issue RFE or transfer to local office. That is only my guess per teh statistics on rupnet.com. I really hope it is true.

My FP1 was in Jan. 2003, FP2 was on 15 July 2004. i.e approx 18 month apart...but then mine is not a representative case...rather one of those strange cases with RD/ND Nov. 2001 and still waiting!
 
in order to avoid RFE(mostly for employment letter) after FP2, can I mail an employment letter to NSC before required? Does it have aside effect?

That's what I did, I sent AC21 letter along EVL. But, I did get RFE recently but not for EVL. RFE has been replied and waiting on the final decision.

Yes, I did both FP1 & FP2 on saturdays. I got RFE after two months of FP2.

Yes it does help - it proves that there is no logic at all, no matter how many times we trying to figure it out!
 
RFE After FP2

My FP2 was done on 6/1/2004. After about two months, on 7/22/2004, they issued an RFE for birth certificate. I am currently in the process of replying to that RFE. I was also under the same impression that I will not receive the RFE since my FP2 was done two months. I was very disappointed to see the RFE. Oh well, at least I know that my file is not lost.
 
Got RFE after FP2

I received RFE on 8/5/2004 almost a month after FP2. Details of RFE unknown.Keeping my fingers crossed
