RFE After Finger prints.

can anyone please let me know about this.
how long does it take for an INS to send RFE if any after FP is done.
my 180 day\'s are over...in january... and i am out of JOB now..
my employer will not inform INS about layoff...

Anytime before

approving the case i think . But first get a job if you are out of
a job . I think thats more important .
 
Answer

There is no exact timeline from FP.
Once your file is adjudication ready(has all FBI checks etc ..)
and is picked up by an officer he will either approve or issue RFE
