RFE AFTER Approval??? Gurus pls comment.

Check out EAC0205551183. On July 29, the immigration.gov online status said this case was approved on June 02 2003. On August 29, the status said that an RFE was sent to it on August 12 2003. (Thanks God it is not my application.) This sounds highly alarming and questions the stability of GC. Gurus, can you please suggest some rational explanation for this? Thanks. (GSAS)

suspected fraud - I don't see any cause of worry unless .....


BTW - GC is by no means "stable", it can be revoked even years later if INS suspects you had lied in your application

IT IS JUST FOR I-89 , INDEX FINGER PRINT WAS TOO LIGHT.

IT'S COMMON TO GET A RFE FOR photo and I-89 form for Plastic Card process.


Please don't start a thread with out knowing anything about that particular case.
