Hi
Today my case status changed after 345 days. An RFE was issued in my case and I still don't know what it is about. I will keep you posted once I know it. I still did not apply for I-485. I am worried what the RFE might be about. Here are my details:
Labor Substitution/EB3
Receipt# 03-049-5XXXX
ND: 11/25/2002
RD: 12/04/2002
RFE: 11/05/2003
This is what the message on the website reads:
Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER
Current Status:
On November 5, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
