RFE after 2nd FP

Hi all

I know lots of people out there are anxious after what happens after 2nd FP well some solace is that I got an RFE on Sep 2 for employment verification letter whcih i got on sep 9th and mailed it on sep 10th . LEts see what happens fingers crossed and still Hoping!!!

Well, you're lucky at least your status changed to RFE issued and received the RFE notice. In my case, status changed to RFE on 08-04 and two weeks later on 08-18 both online and AVM says RFE response received. Funny thing is neither my lawyer nor the employer received any RFE notice and responded to it. One of BCIS mistakes??? I don't know where I stand now with regards to my case...
