RFE after 2nd FP tracker _____

Anybody who received a RFE after the second FP, how long did it take after the 2FP date, and after the message changed to FP received?
 
i just did my 2nd FP...
lets all use this thread to input details ... if there is a set pattern from time of 2nd FP to RFE

We december 2001 waiters aren;t getting any 2nd Fps or RFEs .. why the hell do you guys in 2002 range eagerly waiting .. :D

take it easy guys .. you will get your turn .. :D just matter of time (months) .. :D :D
 
I did 2nd FP on Dec. 5th and online message changed on 9th as FP received and on 14th changed again for RFE issuance on 12th. So it took almost a week or so to issue RFE.
 
I think it depends if the second FP is driven by a review of your case (where the officer notices that the second FPs need to be done) or the more general re-fingerprinting run that seems to be in progress.

The general run does not seem to be followed by quick RFEs. I did my second FPs in October and haven't seen an RFE yet.

You may be right! In my case 2nd FP came after I faxed inquiry to BCIS about my case.
 
same happened to me

i got my rfe and fp around 12/11/03


replied to rfe

and got approved 1/14/04

just found out
 
mine came after one month when i reported change of address it was a small move in same area . but those ediots still send it to old address and mail got returned to them with my forwarding address sticker on it then they remailed me. my lawyer also got the copies. now waiting for RFE.
 
WAC-02-063- II FP on 01/15/04 and RFE on 01/16/04

Today 01/15/04 we(me and spouse) received II FP notice scheduled on 02/25/2004, Will do early FP sometime next week.

RFE online message updated on Jan 16, 2004, will post RFE details when the attorney gets the copy.
 
How come VSC approves without RFE ? CSC also should not have this RFE rule. This causes a lot of delay. I think BCIS should give out rules/regulations for all SCs so they act similar.
 
2n FP

Hi,

I did my 2nd FP on 15th Jan at San Jose. It was scheduled to be at Oakland on 5th Feb. No change in the message yet since it will take couple of days for that.

2FP: 15-JAN-2004

Already a time to apply for 3rd EAD.

My Online message changed to On January 17, 2004...Processing resumed...after 2nd FP on 15th Jan

I did my FP on Jan 16th, 2004 called FBI Jan 20th, 2004 the FP's were readable and have been sent back to BCIS on same day, but no update of FP on online status.

In mean time I got another set of FP notices on a white paper issued on Jan 15th online staus changed to RFE issued on Jan 16th, first set of notices were received on Jan 15th and issued on Jan 12th.

Both have the same appointment date and time.

RFE issued: dec 2003 (EVL, W2 and medical tb xray)
RFE sent by lawyer: jan 3rd week 2004
status update as RFE recd : feb 2 2004

3rd FP for both: jan 2004, sch'd for feb 26 2004!!! :mad:
I've not decided what to do on this 3rd FP! called FBI and they confirmed that our FP was sent back to BCIS same day
