RFE after 20 months...

Hi.. Today my attorney received RFE (Company's ability to pay and also my 2002 & 2003 W2 forms).. This is after 20 months of long wait.. atleast I am glad to know that they are finally working on my case. But the online message is still not updated with the RFE info..Guys.. can you please let me know how long it usually takes for the USCIS to take the decision after they receive the information..

I don't have hard numbers but from what I've seen, once you've received an RFE things can go pretty quickly. In fact many people who applied after / around when I did and received an RFE got their I-140 a couple months later. I've heard (rumors?) that some lawyers are intentionally sending in applications which will generate an RFE for this reason . Not sure if this is affected by your category etc. though.
