..Sent RFE (EVL) reply last week. Reached on Sept. 30 at TSC. Today I got an email from CRIS..
"On Oct. 4, 2005, we recieved your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. However, because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. you will recieve a written decision on this case"
My understanding was they would not work on any case from Oct. 1st due to retrogression. or can we speculate that when they issued an RFE in sept. they did allocate a visa number for my case..and will finish processing in oct. as well..
I know I am trying to be hopeful...
