I received and RFE stating that my experience as an instructor at university level is not relevant to my industry job. I have business admin education, experience and am working as systems analyst (consultant) for one of the major ERP systems. To perform our job we need to identify and conceptualize business requirements and accordingly configure the software.
We do need business experience / knowledge to know what is required by the business and if we can map it to the system or not.
I am planning to send photocopies from some standard books and industry notes that relate the business to software.
Will it be a problem to send some pages from any copyrighted material to USCIS?
