I received rfe on my 485 from NSC. They want letter/documents to show that I will continue to be engaged in my area of extraord abil (its EB1EA). They want evidence that will specify how I intend to work in my area of EA and that I intend to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying (approved) 140.
Any one...who has received such RFE what did you send in? After sending rfe, how long did it take for approval?

If you are already working in a job on which your I-140 is based on, you should obtain the job description letter from your employer. If you haven't join that job yet, you need to send offer letter + job description of offered job.

will a copy of offered contract do? (that includes job description/compensation etc). And how long before I can expect approval?
