RFE / 390-420 days as per AVM

Hi Guys,

I had received RFE for BC on 7/28/02 and INS received the response to the RFE on 8/7/02 as per AVM. The message on AVM says that we received the documents on 8/7/02 and it is normally taking 390-420 days to process this type of cases. What does it mean? does it mean 390-420 days from 8/7/02? my case history is as follows -

I-485
RD 6/13/01
ND 7/31/01
FD 12/15/01

RFE 7/22/02
RFE Response Received 8/7/02

Please guys I need your input on this?

Don't worry, I am also getting the same AVM. I got an RFE on 06/19 and am waiting for the approval too.
