I called IIO last week and she said it is with Examiner anybody any Idea what does this mean and how long is it going to take..!!!

Probably, it takes couple of weeks for approval.

About 25 day ago

I called and IIO told me it was with examiner, no approval yet. My rfe was 4/2-4/18, one day behind yours. ND Nov00.

My case with officer from end of Mar., still didn\'t get approval or any news.

I call INS three times, once a month, same answer from April, my case with an officer. No ideal how long will wait, even I already wait for 2.5 monthes since my case start with an officer.

Patient, almost I lost it...
