RFE “do not duplicate the material previously provided”.

Hi,
I have just received an RFE on my eb1-or I-140.
If I got in my RFE letter “do not duplicate the material previously provided”. Does it mean that I can’t “reorganize” my petition in my reply but should provide only new evidences? As I know, there is an opinion that they don’t “use” new evidences except ref. letters. Is it true? Did anybody receive something similar?

Yes thats true!
Donot send any thing which you have already provided.
They will not take any new evidence but its trick...If you have proejected fe wthings are got that projection you can explain in the letters.
BTW Pl provide info abt Center & Dates.

I also attached some Certificates, in the RFE pack, yesterday, that already submitted in the first file, is that any harm ? or any trouble...........thanks
