My wife received H1Bs from TWO different employers latst year with an effective date as Oct 1 2004. But she accepted to work with Employer A due to a better job offer and easier transportation.
Since my wife refused to work with Employer B, a few days ago, Employer B sent a notice to my wife indicating that he sent a note to INS revoking the H1B. He also sent the copies of the documents that he sent to the INS.
Based on the above, I appreciate if somebody clarifies the following.
1) Does, revoking of second H1B, cause any impact on her current H1B/job with current employer (i.e Employer A)?
2) Does it show any negative impact if my wife goes to the US Consulates for stamping (i.e Chennai,India)
