I got married to my boyfriend at time 2006 in nys due him being placed in deportation proceedings. We did a stokes interview in sept 2007 and failed. He left me dec 2008. He was MIA for months and resurfaced in aug 2009 just intime for immigration hearing infront of judge and a new stokes interview. We passed the second interview n i130 was approved and I 601 waiver submitted. He disappeared shortly after. In nov 2010 I filed divorced which he refused to sign. Stated that he will not sign it until he gets his green card. He stated that we didn't walk down the aisle( we went to city all) so there is no relationship and I should help him. I continued with divorced as uncontested. I want to withdraw myself from this application but I heard it was approved in December 2010 but I have yet to see a correspondence from immigration since. I have a infopass app. scheduled in a few days? Can inform them of the separation n divorce and the fraud committed or is it to late? Divorce should be finalized in month or so.

I want to withdraw myself from this application but I heard it was approved in December 2010 but I have yet to see a correspondence from immigration since.
What was approved in December 2010? His green card? Your divorce?
I had contact his immigration lawyer in jan2011 and he told me he was told that the i601 waiver approved but yet to receive any formal notification. He said that he would need that when go back to the immigration judge to close his deportation case. The divorce was file on nov 17 2010 but not finalized. He refuse to sign it so I had to wait before submitting more documents. We haven't lived together has a couple since dec 2008. In 09 he came back for few weeks n seem genuine but it was all for show.
