Revoke 140 after AC-21

GC process

My case :- 140 approved / 485 pending > 180 days now. Planning to use AC21 to move to Company B. My question is can company B have any control over my 140 then and revoke it since i have moved my GC process to them. I will be transferring my H1 to them and not use my EAD. Any suggestions would be highly welcome.

---NO,, it was filed by A B has nothing to do with it and B cant do any harm to your I-140

File H1 transfer and join with H1 transfer filing reciept, maintain H1 status, before moving to B ask B that if they will give you letter for Future permanent job offer with same/similar job duties as on approved LC of A to use AC21. if they agree then only move or find other employer who is ready to give you letter after you join (and then you update the USCIS to use AC21)

Thanks a lot ginnu

Also I wanted to know what if I remained with company A and did not move anywhere, can company A revoke my 140.If yes, how do I know since it was filed through company lawyer ,and what are my options if I do not have any other company to move to.

---yes he can but if you move to diffrent employer then even if he sends letter to revoke and you update USCIS with new job offer letter to invoke AC21 with same /similar job duties then you will be SAFE as your I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending more than 180 days
If yes, how do I know since it was filed through company lawyer
--- you will only come to know through online status(and online status can be wrong) or through Lawyer or through employer
,and what are my options if I do not have any other company to move to.
--- I dont know the reason why the employer will revoke your I-140 if you are working with them??? if you feel that he CAN revoke the I-140 then find new employer and join new employer and file AC21.
I dont know your situation why are you scared that A will revoke the I-140
