Revisiting class action lawsuit discussion:

If the folks whose lawyers are members of AILA approach AILA to get a class action lawsuit and let us know the results that would be awesome. My lawyer is not an AILA member.

I got a reply from Crystal Williams (AILA PR Director) a few weeks back that AILA will only work with its member lawyers and not with us individuals. So folks please do contact your lawyers to see if anything can be done in this front. Atleast we will know if this can be done or not if we get info. from a lawyer.

And class action suits against BCIS do happen. Here are a few threads, news items if you don’t believe me. Also you can find several more suits if you search in google.

Here are some news items and discussion threads I found

sceptical...

Dont mistake me. I want things moving in TSC.

Just because we dont have anything else to do, I dont want to go and spend BCIS resources. True, all those class action suits have been filed. Did anybody get any relief???

May be the advocacy site proposed by rajiv can take up this issue..

I don't know how come some people are so fancy about lawsuit?? Yesterday in another discussion we discussed in detailed about lawsuit and our chances.

For all of the people who are coming up with this lawsuit again and again, did TSC ever mentioned that they will process the GC applications first-come-first-serve. They clearly mentioned that it will take around 990-999 days. And we have AC-21 to switch jobs with out loosing GC process.

I donno what is the BASIS for the lawsuit??

Please guys please don't get me wrong. I got tired of delays at TSC, but I'm not fancy about LAWSUIT and tired of hearing that baseless topic.

It’s not that simple to switch the while your I485 is pending.
You will get understand once you get your GC
I am not saying it good to file a Lawsuit against TSC. It’s just a discussion
