hello..i m from india...my J2 visa got rejected 2 times at us embassy new delhi.....i heard about review of visa refusal...plz i need help to know how nd where to send this review of application?..can we apply few documents also?...

hello bigjoe5..it was rejected under section 214(B)...earlier i applied fr B1b2 just before my marriage on basis of giving usmlee step2cs but that was rejected so i think i.e creating a problem....

I have absolutely no idea what that bolded part means.

So you were rejected because of failure to overcome the statutorily presumed immigrant intent.

You have just gotten married--to a J-1 in the U.S. who had returned to marry you when your B visa was refused?

You recently got denied for a B-1/B-2 "visitor visa" right before getting married. Probably as an intending immigrant perhaps who was intending to go to the U.S. to marry the J-1 fiance?

Now you are married to a J-1 who may have already requested a "No Objection" waiver of INA 212(e) OR is a Physician seeking employment based adjustment or at least has started some paperwork, maybe even as an H1-B (also requires a waiver, if one is subject to INA 212(e)).???

How close is that to reality?

If the J-1 spouse gets an H1-B or LPR status, the spouse [YOU] and any child(ren) can be derivatives in either case.
