Just to see if the command was

Update Table_485Applicants Set Last_Updated_Date ='10/27/04'
or
Update Table_485Applicants Set Last_Updated_Date ='10/27/04' where Status = "Poor guys'

Did you get FP for your KID. My layer old me that NO FP for KIDS under 14 yrs. My KID's LUD is also not changing
