The reply I received has this one checked:
[x] Will locate your file and assign to an officer for judication.

Was your inquiry triger the 2nd FP? My 1FP was done in Jan 02, haven't received 2nd FP notice, or 2RFE. 1st RFE was received by BCIS on Nov. 02.

Have question .. gurus out there .. please help

140 got approved yesterday and came to this forum for the first time today.

FP was done back in Feb 2002.

Is it true that 15 months is the time in which Fingerprints expire. so is it necessary that a second FP should be done in July in this case ? Or is there some other extended expiry date for the Finger prints ?

Finger prints do expire after 15 months. CSC will schedule 2nd fingerprint. There is no guaranteed time frame in which CSC does that. Recently they have been delaying second FP till the case is actually taken up. Nothing to worry about, you are fine.
