Revalidation-Urgent

Hi All,

My visa on the passport (company A) expired on Mar 15th 2004. I was working for company B until Jun'03 on H1B. However I didn't get my visa stamped for company B (H1B approval is valid until Mar' 05) as company A's visa was valid until Mar 15th 2004.

Now I'm working for company C (from July' 03 onwards). I'm planning to get my visa stamped at St. Louis center based on company C's H1B approval.

I just have a doubt as my Company B's H1B approval is valid until Mar' 05, USCIS might say I'm not eligible for stamping at this point.

Pls advise....

--------- dont get confused just send your latest company C H1 approval notice and attach all your I-94 in pasport (recent on top) with all other requirements. USCIS has nothing to do with Visa stamp revalidation Visa revalidation is done by DOS or consulates.
