Revalidation In Chennai

Has anyone been to chennai for your revalidation of H1-B visa? How long does it take? I will be in chennai for three weeks, will it be adequate? Any response will be helpful. Thank you

Generally drop off turnaround time is 1 week, unless your credentials are suspect or you trigger some security fiche.

Chennai is not advisable for stamping at this time, they take 10 business days for visa processing, and if you get any query you may have to miss yr flight. That is the reason I have cancelled my fly on Nov 28 and my return date is Dec 21. They rejected my kids stamping for want of 30 pics of my marriage with my wife, but my wife got the stamping, and all filed at the sametime.
