Reusing priority date if I140 is approved

Hello

I have LC and I-140 approved with a priority date of Aug 29 2007. I'll be leaving my job in US and come back to my home country for a few years. If I happen to come back to US few years down the line for a similar job, will i be able to reuse this priority date rather than starting the green card application all over again?
