Returning to USA after CP

Does any one know if primary applicant and the spouse can return to USA after the CP on different dates?

Yes. The primary applicant and the spouse can return on different dates after the CP, but with in the specified 180 days period from the date of visa immigrant approval.

Both of you should get an separate packet after the successful CP interview. It will be nice if you metion that to the consular officer also.

Also, the primary applicant needs to come in to the USA before the dependents.
