I am on my h1b visa with visa stamping valid till August 30th 2022. and I recently moved to a new company with i797A valid till 2025. I am planning to go to India at the end of July and return back on August 15th (15 days before my previous visa stamping expires). Presently there are no visa slots available for h1b stamping. Will it be any trouble during my re-entry as my visa stamping is only till August 30th.
