I am a dual national of Australia/US. 10 years ago I was arrested for a dui in California and failed to appear. I hav not been back since. Now my Dad wants to see me. Am I in trouble when I enter through immigration...I also wonder about the LA Court...Help!

You shouldn't have difficulties returning through immigration, since a US citizen can always return to the US. There is probably an outstanding warrant in your name, and you may be arrested at any point after you enter the US.
