Returning SB-1 and apply citizenship

Hey,

My mom get her GreenCard in 2002. She went back to home country in 2003 and came back to US in 2006 by SB-1 visa. She has not leave US since 2006. The GreenCard she has now is showing the issue data in 2002. In this case, how many years will be count physical stay in US if she apply citizenship?

We would like to know when she can file application.
