Returning Resident permit

Hi Friends,

I applied for RRP in January 2004 for myself and family, havent received that yet, if i check online, it tells that the process is taking 400-450 days.

1)Is anybody in the same boat?
2)is it normal?
3)since I am still in US and havent got that yet, can i re-apply again ?

I need your inputs

You have put the same question in Life after green card and I believe you have recieved the answer also and more over in this forum people are applying for the CP process which is different than what you asked for so my assumption you can get better answers in the above mentioned thread.
